*Some classes may require phone registration due to a more extensive registration process.
Upon registering for a WellStar program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the registration process.
- Provide payment (if required) with a credit card upon registration.
- Forfeit the class/event registration fee if you cannot attend or if you do not show up for the class/event.
(Some exceptions to the non-refundable policy are made for people who provide a medical excuse signed by a physician.)
- Follow the appropriate procedure when deciding to join another class instead of the one registered for initially. First, complete the online registration process for the new class, then withdraw from the first class. Class transfers not available.
